When will it arrive?

Endurance – CFE-Run Class Time Change

The days are getting shorter and the snow will be falling by the foot soon (fingers crossed). The Roots CrossFit Endurance class open to all Roots members is moving to Wednesdays at 12:30 starting next week. This will hopefully allow us to hit the nicest part of the day for running outside. Don’t worry if the weather is bad…we will still have class!  Never been to a CFE class? Come check out the fun. We have athletes of all levels and are happy to scale accordingly. Questions?  Email Tracie with any questions.

Suh-weet! How many pounds can we order? Personally I’d be glad to buy 20 lbs! That’s nearly half right there!
