It’s time.  It’s time for everyone to let it all out.  Acknowledge the athlete that you’ve noticed working hard.  Thank the athlete who made your day.  Commend the athlete you saw do something extraordinary.  Post to comments, it’s SHOUT OUT Friday.

Incase you’re a little bit unsure, here’s the definition of a shout-out:

shout-out (n.) Slang. A public expression of thanks or gratitude

Examples include:

– “I’d like to give a shout-out to my boy Tommy for sticking with the WTF Challenge.”
– “I’d like to give a shout-out to Courtney for dropping a band last week in class.”
– “I’d like to give a shout-out to Trevor for working through his injury and getting back to pull-ups and muscle-ups.”

From my first class, when Karin came up and introduced herself within 30 seconds of my walking in the door, to Lindsay living my handstand fear with me, to Zac/Nicole/Shane putting up with my bouts of “chicken-shitness”…..and many more…..everyone rocks the house.

    A special shout out to Parry for being my partner last weekend and doing lots of the hideous burpees while I rowed and rowed and rowed. You are awesome.

    Shout out to Bethany for that awesome recipe that I absolutely can’t wait to make once the challenge is over! Shout out to Nicole for OHS-ing that bar like a million times for that photo shoot… if you cant count.. the weight on the bar adds up to ALOT
    AND shout out to Jasmine.. On tuesday I was having an “IS THIS REAL?!” moment and kept wishing you were there!

    Shout out to LORI this week for taking the lead running out the door ahead of me during all 10 rounds in the rain, sleet, hail during Tuesday’s 11:30am WOD. No excuses…I had to follow. I do owe you $10 bucks cause of course I did ask Nicole if we were going outside and her answer was purely…”constantly varied”.

    And another shout out to Christine Suchor for also doing tuesday’s 11:30am WOD in a white tank top and then going right to a PTO meeting at school! LOVE YOU GIRL.

    Shout out to Lauren for an amazing Rowing Clinic on Tuesday night and to Olivia for agreeing to do the C2 Holiday Challenge with me.

    Shout out to Asha for making me go to my first Strength Class…now I am addicted!

    Shout out to NICOLE for that solid OHS pix. It better be up on the wall at LULU tonight.
