Here’s your chance.  Give props, big-ups, and kuddos to the folks you workout next to everyday.  Did you see someone make a break through, do something great, or something nice?  Here’s your chance to give them the credit they deserve, it’s shout out Friday!
What exactly is a shout out?  See below.
shout-out (n.) Slang. A public expression of thanks or gratitude.  A kind mention of a homey.
Examples include:
“I’d like to give a shout-out to Stef for designing such super fly t-shirts”
“I’d like to give a shout-out to Zender for rocking DT like it was her job!”
“I’d like to give a shout-out to the Wednesday 6pm class to getting Odie through his ladder of death.”

    – A BIG shout out to Brad for rocking the front squat workout today.  There’s more in the tank but the squat is coming along!

Shout out to Ali for being a great lifting partner in strength class on Monday and giving me tips all along the way, the 6 pm crew for welcoming me into the fold and helping make a smooth transition from foundations to group classes, and to the newest Lisa who rocked her first official WOD on Wednesday!

Shout out to Shane for throwing down with us Thursday, and “talking me into” going heavier (and being my nemesis). Most importantly, shout out to Roots for being AWESOME. Best gym I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Everyone here ROCKS.
