Sitting Arms

Five rounds for time of:
10 power cleans (135/95)
15 hand release push-ups

Sitting Arms

For today’s workout, we offer a new scaled option for push-ups!  It’s called a Sitting Arm and it is VERY difficult.  It will get you lots of hand release push-ups in no time.  See video example above.

OMG – that is so AWESOME! – I did all of these same moves on the subway in Tokyo…

I’m at a loss for words. I could only tolerate 1:20 of that…. When did Axel Rose go blonde anyway?

I think 1:20 is almost as long as the person in the video went – they just played a 1:30 clip three times in a row.
It looks hard, though!  And it might be better for my shoulder than push-ups.

Now if she was sitting on a blue inflatable exercise ball would she also “blast her core” and thus be able to do toes to bars?

I want to give a shout out to Ryan and his super awesome Oly class! The new and improved format definitely made a difference for me in this WOD today.  Woot!

Videos like this are why someone needs to revive Mystery Science Theater 3000 and adapt it to the YouTube/tumbl’r/meme era.

I’m pretty sure this is just an instructional video teaching young girls how to dance to dubstep/electronic music….WOMP!
