Then, 3 attempts at max handstand hold
This Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 10 intervals. Remain in the bottom of the squat for every other rest interval (alternate bottom-to-bottom). Perform handstands against a wall and hold for as long as possible. Rest as needed between attempts.

How: Sign-up on MBO. Both partners need to sign-up in MBO under the Valentine’s Day WOD.
Who: all Roots couples! You and your partner must be an active member of CrossFit Roots to participate.
Childcare: Say what?! That’s right, we’ll provide childcare so you and your sexy bff can get down. Sign-up is limited and registration will be available at the front desk starting Tuesday this week. Cost is $10 for the first child and $3 for each sibling. No diaper changing services included.
