Monday through Friday – 9:30am
Unlimited: $185 per month
Up to 3 visits per week: $160 per month

Your first month of membership is $160 and begins with 3 complimentary personal training sessions (first month’s value: $460). Once completed, we’ll see you in the Women’s Only group classes!
Program Coach: Ali Minton
Ali is a full-time certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) and has been the director of the Women’s Only Program since 2013. She has extensive experience introducing women of all ages and athletic abilities to CrossFit. Ali’s passion lies in teaching novice exercisers the benefits of weight training, high intensity interval training and sound nutrition practices. Learn more.
