Tonight at 7pm is the first of two Paleo Showdown Prep Sessions. Whether you’re a Paleo Challenge veteran or a Paleo virgin, come brush up on your Paleo knowledge and learn about the Showdown.

MBO Special Sign-ups
The CrossFit Total class schedules for Tuesday, January 19th and Saturday, January 23rd are listed in MBO.  You must sign-up for a class time but there are many options. Additionally, please remember to sign-up for the All Girls (January 22nd) and All Guys (January 29th) workouts in MBO as well.
