Food has a tremendous ability to make us feel good and bad both physically and mentally. Some of you spent the past month in a super-clean state. Some of you didn’t participate in the challenge but made better choices on a day in day out basis. Thanksgiving has come and gone and now it’s time to get back in the saddle.
