Snatch 1 rep EMOTM for 20 minutes.One attempt per minute.  Failed  Lingo. EMOTM, Tabata, AMRAP, GHD, Metcon, WOD, WTF!? So many movements makes for much lingo and many abbreviations!  In today’s workout, EMOTM means Every Minute on the Minute.
