Big-ups to everyone who came out for the 5K this weekend.

Last week we tested athlete 1 rep maxes in each the back squat, press, and deadlift.  Who PR’ed 1, 2, or all 3 of these lifts?  If so, by how much?

    That was so much fun!! Thanks to Roots for hooking us up with the registration and the inspiration! The course was 1/4 mile short (2.86 miles), so hopefully in the spring we can re-test on the same course?
