Checked out the vidoes last night. Awesome job Nicole! You really set the bar high for good form and range of motion at Roots and CF in general. It was evident the last round of DLs. Most other folks were rounding, but you kept a nice tight, flat back. Also, Montoya’s pull ups looked questionable on the last round for getting his chin over the bar, but it could’ve been the camera angle. But no question on yours!
