135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
This is the workout we did at our Grand Opening a few years back. It’s a classic and one of our all time favorites. Enjoy.

On another note, I came out to Boulder for the Grand Opening in 2009 and had the pleasure of doing the Chief and I got to do it again yesterday with Eric and Nicole. We changed the format slightly for the opening but overall…
September 2009 – 65# Cleans 2:10 average round
August 2011 – 95# Cleans 1:10 average round!!!!
