Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

This is the workout we did at our Grand Opening a few years back.  It’s a classic and one of our all time favorites.  Enjoy.

Roots Two Year Anniversary Party and Family Picnic

Today’s the day!

Come on down to Eben G. Fine Park from 5:00-7:30 for some mingling, mixing, and grub.

We’ll provide the meat, please bring a side to share and drinks.

– Team picture and clothing drawing at 6:00PM
– No glass containers are allowed at Eben G. Fine Park, including serving dishes!

    On another note, I came out to Boulder for the Grand Opening in 2009 and had the pleasure of doing the Chief and I got to do it again yesterday with Eric and Nicole.  We changed the format slightly for the opening but overall…

    September 2009 – 65# Cleans 2:10 average round
    August 2011 – 95# Cleans 1:10 average round!!!!

    This shit works!  🙂
