Fight Gone Bad Three rounds of: Wallball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps) Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps) Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps) Push press, 75 pounds (Reps) Row (Calories) *In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. I’ve walked in wanting to prove something to myself, prove something to others, PR a workout, PR a lift, or get out aggression, frustration, and even anger at my world around me.  I’ve looked to workouts for a pick me up, a shot of adrenaline, and an escape from my responsibilities elsewhere.  I’ve used workouts to drive desires to improve my health and wellness and to fuel my nutritional and body composition goals.  And I’ve trained with the purposes of helping a team qualify for regionals and of keeping a baby safe and healthy while it grows.
