Join us Wednesday, November 11th in group classes as we honor Chad’s life, support a dear friend, and bring awareness to suicide prevention. The Workout ChadWearing a 45# rucksack, 1,000 step-ups to a 20″ box. Group Classes on November 11th We will do this workout in all group classes as the workout of the day. As always, we will offer scaling options. While we understand that some people may be limited by an hour, we will not stop you from finishing.
