Congrats to the 30 Roots athletes who participated and finished the 8 week Spring food challenge! This challenge was one of our longest challenges to date.  It was divided into two distinct phases, with the intention of helping participants figure out how to make the Paleo lifestyle work for them in real life instead of working real life around a challenge.  Overall, it was a huge success!
