Ten rounds for time of:7 Burpees7 Knees to elbows Put That Skill Work to WORK Today’s workout includes knees to elbows – a skill we hammered away on for four months. The rep scheme for today’s workout makes for very manageable sets of knees to elbows or a scaled version.  Take a moment to think back to all the skill work we did earlier in the year to help dial in what you might tackle for this workout. – Can you do a set of 15 in a row?  Then go for the 7s in the workout.– Can you do a set of 10 in a row?  Go for the 7s but break them into 2 or 3 sets from the get go.– Have a great kip with a knee up that goes to your armpit?  Attack all 7 and focus on keeping the kip in the movement.
