12 minute AMRAP:Run 200m7 burpees Weekend Schedule There’s a lot going on this weekend with the Anniversary Party and Labor Day Weekend.  Check out the shop schedule below! Friday – Come do the Roots annual Anniversary workout group class.  You know what the workout is!– Anniversary Party starts at 5pm at North Boulder Park!  Details here.– 5pm Power Hour cancelled (last class is 4pm on Friday) Saturday– regularly scheduled classes Sunday– Closed. Monday– Holiday Schedule.  Classes at 8:30 and 9:30am. Tuesday– Back to regularly scheduled classes.  CrossFit Kids and Teens begins today and tomorrow!
