We are very fortunate to have this event hosted in the Denver area again this year, so COME JOIN US! If you’d like to attend, you can find venue info HERE and buy tickets HERE. Nicole will be competing against the top 60 women from the Southwest region for one of three coveted openings to the CrossFit Games. Hey Crew, it’s that time of year again when it gets pretty darn warm out.  Make sure you are keeping up with your hydration.  Feeling lethargic or like you just want to take a nap?  Maybe the newly arrived heat is weighing in on your workouts as well. A good guide is to drink 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces of water each day as a baseline.  You may need more.
