Sign-up for Blood Work Testing here. 15 minute AMRAPcontinuous :45 second intervals of:double-underspower cleans (95/65)overhead plate lunges (45/25) Blood Work Testing at Roots! – THIS FRIDAY In past food challenges we have brought in a professional to offer athletes the chance to have their cholesterol and fasting glucose levels tested in-house at the shop.  Per many athletes requests, we’re bringing Amy back THIS Friday for fasting blood work. Testing will be offered at the shop Friday, October 7th from 6:00am to 8:00am.  Sign-up sheet is available HERE. Testing data includes:Total cholesterolHDLLDLTriglyceridesGlucose Initial testing is $25 and subsequent (post challenge) testing is $40.  This is a fasting blood test so please be sure to drink plenty of water and cut-off food consumption 12 hours prior to your time slot.

CrossFit Roots Elements Course – this week Monday, Thursday, Friday All athletes who wish to join our group classes must first start with the CrossFit Elements course. The course is 3 sessions over the course of one week and is capped at 3 people.
