June Benchmark Series – This June we will host the CrossFit Roots Benchmark Series.  What is the benchmark series? It’s four workouts selected by vote by the athletes at Roots.  Voting will take place this week. Check out the list of benchmarks here so you know which ones you want to vote for! Then, in June, we’ll hold four “throw down” events where everyone can come and hit the benchmark of the week. Log Books – Log books are available for pre-order through Wednesday of this week.  To see a sample and order a book, check-out the bulletin board at the shop.  There’s a sign-up list on the bulletin board, simply write your name down.  We do not plan to order in extras.
