We will do CrossFit Open Workout 11.6 on MONDAY during all group classes and SATURDAY, April 30th. We will not be doing CrossFit Open Workout 11.6 on Thursday as in past weeks. The Saturday event sign-up will be posted Sunday (April 24th).  We will host an event similar to the last weekend Open event complete with workout 11.6 and rotisserie chicken!
