No Gray Area Food Challenge The No Gray Area Food Challenge is coming to an end.  Folks are trickling in this week to get their indicators retested – bodyweight, body measurements, pictures, and eating habits.  The results so far are IMPRESSIVE! Anyone from the food challenge interested in submitting their before/after pictures for a post?  We’ll get the pics emailed out today. June Benchmark Series – This June we will host the CrossFit Roots Benchmark Series.  What is the benchmark series? It’s four workouts selected by vote by the athletes at Roots.  Voting will take place this week. Check out the list of benchmarks here so you know which ones you want to vote for! Then, in June, we’ll hold four “throw down” events where everyone can come and hit the benchmark of the week. Log Books – Log books are available for pre-order through Wednesday of this week.  To see a sample and order a book, check-out the bulletin board at the shop.  There’s a sign-up list on the bulletin board, simply write your name down.  We do not plan to order in extras.

Summer Teens Program We’re looking for a few good teens!  This summer we plan to offer a CrossFit strength and conditioning program for high school athletes.  The program will take place at 10:00am 2-3 days per week.  The course is limited to 10 athletes who are in high school or will be freshmen next year.  Do you have a teen that might be interested in this program?  Please send an email to Nicole for more information.
