Well here is your second chance to make change. Beginning Sunday, April 10th, CrossFit Roots will launch another round of Shane’s mobility classes…with improvements of course. Due to popular demand, the mobility classes will be offered twice a week; Sundays at 9am and Thursdays at 8am. Athletes have two options: – 1x/week for 4 weeks (you must pick a Thursday OR a Sunday attendance schedule) – $50 – 2x/week for 4 weeks (both Thursday and Sunday) – $90 Athletes can expect to learn different methods...
