Resetting After Vacation With summer comes vacation.  With vacation comes eating out, eating at other people’s houses, having celebrations centered around food, and overall being in less control of what you have available to eat. While vacation is the perfect time to give yourself the relaxation that you deserve – physically, mentally, and with what you put on your plate – it’s important to plan for the “return to normalcy” so all of those OK’ed vacation eats don’t become a habit once you come home. The first step in preempting the post-vacation slide is to get to the grocery store.  Having good food available to you in your house will help get you back on track and eating good clean food.  Do it on the way home from the airport...
