Big Ups to everyone on their impressive PRs yesterday!  It’s a great accomplishment to follow-up two shoulder and upper body intensive WODs with a one rep max PR in the shoulder press.  You earned your rest day.   Thanks Emily for sharing your Cinco de Mayo shades which were the obvious source of a few PRs.   Trevor was the official winner of the Cinco de Mayo super mini WOD with a winning time of :45 seconds.   And finally, the Boulder County Farmer’s Market Wednesday evening hours start today!   Details: Wednesdays 4-8pm, 13th and Arapahoe in downtown Boulder Why you should go: because the market sells real food and it’s grown locally
