WHAT IS IT? The Fall 2018 Nutrition Challenge combines #800g and macros! Designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition and Own Your Eating, the challenge will help people better understand the two unavoidable truths in nutrition: quality and quantity matter! Sure, you can pay attention to one versus the other but getting a 6-pack of abs and living to 100 years old requires both! Combine the #800gChallenge that is dedicated to fruit and vegetable consumption (quality) with Macros which is dedicated to eating the right quantity of food according to your macros prescription (quantity) and voila! – the Foundations Challenge was born.
