Cool Cruel Summer Workouts! and Starts Tonight!
Tonight is the first of the FOUR PART SUMMER SERIES – The Cool Cruel Summer. We’ll see you anytime between 4:30 and 6:30pm for a great workout and meet and greet.
And, for the first time in CrossFit Roots history, we’re dropping ALL FOUR workouts at the start of the summer so you can plan to be there. All four workouts are a CrossFit benchmark or Hero workout.
We’ll kick off the series with DT tomorrow and happy hour. Keep an eye out for info on the June Cool Cruel Summer complete with dinner from a local restaurant favorite and drinks mixed on the spot by a local tequila company! Details next week!
