      Wow Wendy, hi. I am sad we haven’t met, maybe it’s because you don’t usually workout at 530am? Right there is the answer to your coffee question:) Yes, I LOVE coffee, a lot. In fact, I am convinced it is good for me because it makes me happy, so I drink it often and I drink a lot of it. The more, the happier. Works for me, EVERY day… 🙂
