Hey Kids, Middle Schoolers, and Teens! We miss you!

As you know, CrossFit Roots will be closed through April 30th as part of the mandated gym closures to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We are excited to do our part but sad that we won’t see you at the shop during this time.

With that being said, we are here for you! We know that you’re navigating home or virtual school and a new routine. Let’s get into a good groove. If anything we want you to make an increased commitment to moving your body.

Here are two ways to get in your fitness with Roots: 

1. We are posting daily at-home workouts to SugarWOD that you will have access to! Team up with your Mom or Dad and hit the workout daily with them. Have a question about how to do the workout? Post to the SugarWOD comments or shoot James an email and we’ll get back to you! In addition, we are doing these workouts LIVE via our private member page. See more below for details on how to join. 

2. TEST RUN! This week, we will run a test run of a Kids and Middle School/High School specific class with James! That’s right! Join us for a CrossFit Kids class…virtually. 

Middle School and High School: Tuesday/Thursday at 2:30pm

Kids: Friday at 11am

But I can’t make that time!

No worries, the workouts will live on our private Facebook account and you can do the class later in the day when it fits your schedule.

How do I join the private Facebook account?

Request to join the group HERE. If you don’t have Facebook, have your Mom or Dad request to join.
