    Really want gum. What do you think about gum with Xylitol? They have it at Whole Foods. Xylitol is a sugar alcohol sweetener used as a naturally occurring sugar substitute. It is found in the fibers of many fruits and vegetables, including various berries, corn husks, oats, and mushrooms.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xylitol

    Xylitol is out Bethany. Come on, you’ve made it this far already, you really want to give up to something you can barely pronounce?

    Today I felt obligated for a “treat” but came up with this and was AWESOME so I felt like I should share!

    Just slice some apples (honeycrisp worked awesome) fairly thin, place in a medium heated skillet with about 1 tsp butter and some dashes of pumpkin pie spice… cook for a few mins.. and YUM! Tastes like apple pie!

    Olivia, just tried this, although with boring cinnamon instead of pumpkin pie spice, and it was still super duper delicious.
