80s Throwback Workout Wednesday, August 19th

Remember back before CrossFit made working out in board shorts cool?  Back before Nike came out with a matching shoe, shorts, sports bra, and t-shirt set for every season?  Back say, to the 80s?
Wednesday, August 19th is the 80s throwback workout!  That’s right, come in your best 80s workout get-up for an evening WOD sure to play out the constantly varied aspect of CrossFit training.  We want to see leotards, leg warmers, crop tops, and short shorts.  Have fun with it.  Roll with it.  Do it.

The fun begins at 6:00PM on Wednesday, August 19th.  Plan to join us for drinks on a local roof top deck after the workout.  If you’re daring, you’ll stay in your 80s get-up!
