Some mighty cool Sectionals workouts were posted around the country.  We’re going to take the remainder of this week to hit some of the coolest ones we saw.  We’ll jump back on to our three week delay of the main site beginning Monday.

Details on the Renovation

We want to update you on the status of our current space, the newly removed wall, and the planned renovations.  We are secure in our space for the next year.  If you’ve been to Roots this week (and it’s already Wednesday so we hope you have!) you most likely noticed the gigantic logo wall missing from our space.  Over the next three weeks we have a major face lift planned for the space.  Improvements include a fresh coat of paint, changing stations, larger cubbies, a water bottle shelf, and more kettlebells.  Also in the works is an expansion of the pull-up bar to include 7-foot bars; however, that will occur later this spring.
