Some mighty cool Sectionals workouts were posted around the country. We’re going to take the remainder of this week to hit some of the coolest ones we saw. We’ll jump back on to our three week delay of the main site beginning Monday.

Details on the Renovation
We want to update you on the status of our current space, the newly removed wall, and the planned renovations. We are secure in our space for the next year. If you’ve been to Roots this week (and it’s already Wednesday so we hope you have!) you most likely noticed the gigantic logo wall missing from our space. Over the next three weeks we have a major face lift planned for the space. Improvements include a fresh coat of paint, changing stations, larger cubbies, a water bottle shelf, and more kettlebells. Also in the works is an expansion of the pull-up bar to include 7-foot bars; however, that will occur later this spring.
We appreciate your understanding over the next few weeks.
Are you going to add a 5ft pull up bar for the shorties?
Or we could add a 25′ pull-up bar with a rope to climb up to it as a way of teaching me to not break up sets…
LOVE THE PIX. LOVE THE EMOTION….NOT TO MENTION THE STYLE! Each of you guys rock. After attempting WOD 3 last night….I am still in AWE of you girls who rocked 95lbs on squat cleans. DAMN! 95lbs. Moment of silence on that thought. You set the new bar at the gym. Hope to see each you all this week…Big Ups! Enjoy the emotion…I am sure it is still running high.
From now on, if I ever have to show somebody what fierce determination looks like, I’m using the pics of Olivia doing muscle-ups. Awesome!

The thought running through my mind when doing the 95lb squat cleans was more like F*&K this is heavy 🙂 I love the picture of Olivia doing muscle ups!
