In teams of 3:
Complete 30 handstand push-ups
Run 300 meters, then
Break up in to two groups of 1 and 2 teammates…person 1 completes 50 wall balls while person 2 and 3 complete two buddy carries down the alley and back. Then break out teams switch and person 1 completes 2 plate carries while person 2 and 3 complete 100 wall balls.
Then, complete the team stream, run 200 meters and you’re done.
Does that make sense?
Probably not, but it’s a damn good workout! See you tomorrow morning!

I just watched Food Inc. I’d read The Omnivore’s Dilemma so I knew a bit about the food industry, but the film just brought it all back. If you haven’t seen it, you really owe it to yourself to watch it.
