Yesterday we dropped news of the updated class schedule for Winter 2018 and mentioned a new face you’ll see on the schedule.
I’d like to welcome Cody to the Winter 2018 schedule and coaching staff!
Many of you have had the pleasure of working with Cody over the past few months as he has substituted classes at Roots. I am excited to announce that Cody will now be a permanent fixture on the weekly class schedule! Cody has proven himself as a coach who understands our culture at Roots and whose aim is to help every athlete who walks through the shop doors.
