Holiday Party Photos and Holiday Schedule

Holiday Schedule

Sunday, December 23rd – groups WODs cancelled, Open Shop still on!
Monday, December 24th – afternoon/evening classes cancelled.   Regular schedule through 12:30pm.
Tuesday, December 25th – shop closed.
Wednesday, December 26th through Sunday, December 30th – regular class schedule
Monday, December 31st – Holiday Class Schedule.  Group WODs at 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
Tuesday, January 1st – Open Shop 12:00-2:00pm
Wednesday – 2013 Winter Class Schedule kicks off.  Posted soon!

  1. Ok. Crossfit confession time. Cleans make me cry. Specifically, 65# cleans. The weird thing is, I like cleans. 95# front squat – fine. 60# Grace – no problem, all day long, no sweat. 65# clean – I’m holding back sobs like my dog just died. WTF.

    1. Emily – the solution is to do more cleans! Seriously. Hang in there and practice the movement. Don’t feel that you always have to go heavier. Sometimes, just try to make it better. Then go up as you feel. Practice makes it more familiar which makes it easier which makes sobs less likely and PRs more possible. And, thanks for posting. I know there’s a good number of folks in your same boat!
