Winners were determined in two different categories – percent change in body fat percentage and percent change in lean body mass. Those scores were then calibrated to a 28 point scale and combined with compliance scores to determine an overall score. Workout results were used as a tie breaker. Forty lifters from around the state will come to compete in their weight class. We hope you get the chance to stop by, cheer on your fellow Roots athletes, and see some amazing lifts! The competition begins at 10am and will wrap up at 6pm.
