EMOTM for 15 minutes: 1 power clean 1 squat clean Many of you have noticed or commented to us about the large number of badass women at Roots rocking their workouts through ten months of pregnancy. One of those women is Sarah Logan. On October 1st Sarah and her husband Jordan (also a member at Roots) gave birth to their daughter – Colette Logan. Sarah and Jordan are two of Roots’ very first members. Jordan stopped in one day to the old shop while walking their dog down the back alley and jumped in shortly after. Sarah and Jordan – from all of us at Roots – CONGRATULATIONS AND HIGH FIVE!

We present to you a four week, no frills, back-to-basics food challenge guaranteed to help you clean-up your diet, perform better, and set you on the path toward long term health and fitness.  The challenge is simple: With a Paleo overlay – Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar.
