It’s hard to believe how quickly time has passed since we started with just a handful of ladies new to CrossFit three years ago. The program has morphed over the years into a group of nearly 20 strong and supportive women!  Thank you all for your continued support, enthusiasm and dedication to this special program. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you. To many more years! This month, we will be offering a FREE Women’s Only Class on Monday, September 21st at 10:30 am. This is a perfect opportunity to try CrossFit and learn about our Women’s Only program. Deadlift 10-5-3-1-1-1-3-5-10 reps Squatember is HERE. Yesterday we announced some fairly big news – that the entire month of September is (air) Squatember. You can read all about it here.  Squatember will consist of a few things. First, we will do the air squat in 1-2 workouts each week. In addition, we will do some for of the air squat in warm-ups each day. Does anyone have the right to tell your personal trainer or coach what methods she can utilize to improve your fitness and help you reach your goals? New regulations being written in the District of Columbia could define who is licensed to practice as a fitness instructor. And that definition will most likely not include the CrossFit method.
