COOL CRUEL SUMMER SERIES KICKS OFF TONIGHT FROM 4-7PM!  WORKOUT, WINGS, DRINKS, FUN.  COOL CRUEL SUMMER WORKOUT 1 ANNOUNCED AT 4PM AT THE SHOP AND ON THE WEBSITE COMMENT BOARD. Front squat / toes-to-bar Ladder.Do 1 front squat and 1 toes to bar in the 1st minute, 2 of each in the 2nd minute, 3 of each in the the 3rd, and so on until you can’t get the reps done within the minute. No racks, duh.Front squat 185/135 or 70% of your 1 rep max. CrossFit Kids Sign-up and Details The first session of CrossFit Kids kicks off June 5th. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:5 Chest to bar Pull-ups5 Ring dips15 Squats Final Stretch for the Look Good Naked Challenge Tomorrow is the LAST day of the Look Good Naked Challenge and the scores are CLOSE.  Just a few points separate a number of folks at the top spots. Thursday brings back the Dunk Tank for a post challenge retest of body fat % and lean body mass changes.  After we collect the numbers from this final component of the scoring, we’ll determine the winner. And what will the winner take home?  A free month of membership, a $100 Whole Foods Giftcard, and a massage from any local Boulder spot. In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
