BENCHMARK SERIES JUNE – WORKOUT 2 IS TONIGHT FROM 5-7PM.  SIGN-UP ON MBO.  IT’S FRAN. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 30 second bar hang 10 Ring dips 20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball Welcome Newbies Nine folks just graduated from the Oly Foundations Course with Ryan.  Look for these new faces in your Oly classes.  Help them get acclimated and learn the finer points of the clean & jerk, snatch, and heavy metal. Reminder Tonight’s June Benchmark Series workout is Fran.  21-15-9 of thrusters and pull-ups.  Show up between 5 and 6:30 to get in this very special workout in a great energetic environment!
