Class Sign Up Please see below for instructions on class scheduling and sign-up. Zen Planner Zen Planner is the client management system we utilize to manage class attendance and plan workouts. You will use your login/password to access and utilize the online class sign-up system. How To Get Started Download the Zen Planner Member App. Log in with the username and password emailed to you. Under the Membership tab, click the Reserve button for the class you want to attend. Manage your reservations (Add to your Calendar or Cancel) under the Reserved tab. *Please note – all classes have a 2-hour cancellation policy. No Shows count as late cancels. No shows and late cancels are $10 per instance and are billed to the athlete’s account. You will receive an automated email from Zen Planner when a late cancel/no show occurs if you have opted in for reminder/notification emails. If you...

Whether you’re new to Roots or have been a member for a while, here is everything you need to know about managing your reservations at Roots. We provide members access to two different apps, Zen Planner and SugarWOD, and YES, YOU NEED THEM BOTH! Creating and Managing Reservations: ZEN PLANNER APP Create and manage all your reservations in the Zen Planner app. NOTE: Previously, SugarWOD created the ability to manage reservations within their app however, in the last several months, the canceling reservations feature has become inconsistently available. For this reason, manage all reservations in the Zen Planner app. If you have deleted this app, please download it and contact [email protected] if you need a password reset. Why do I need two apps? Calling all judges! We’re looking for a stellar team of volunteers to judge The Open workouts. Whether you’re already signed up for The Open and plan to compete or want to get involved in a different way, the judges MAKE The Open a huge success.  Soon, you’ll start to see many CrossFit Judges Course certificates grace the front desk as we head into The Open. Like proud parents hanging their kids’ artwork on the fridge, the coaching staff couldn’t be happier than when our athletes choose to take the course. The judges course is required for all affiliate managers who will validate Open workouts.
