Details on Sectionals announced last night.  Check it out here. 3 rounds for time of:Run 400 meters30 Overhead squats, 75 pounds21 Pull-ups Meals Breakfast: Slice of leftover beef, carrots, olive spread, clementine, prep time – 3:06Lunch: Brussels sprouts, leftover chicken, bag of dried apples, prep time including slicing brussels for baking – 6:20Snack: brussels sprouts and chicken, prep time to put in tupperware – :21 secondsDinner: Spinach salad with sauteed  onions, olive oil dressing, and a hamburger patty, prep time to cook hamburger, slice onions, make salad – 11:35 TOTAL TIME: Minus the time the brussels sprouts were in the over cooking (35 minutes) my total prep time yesterday was 21 minutes 22 seconds.  Not bad.
