The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.

This is frustrating. Is there really no bacon without sugar? Not even from local farms? Do we have to move to our own planet and start again?
Ok…so I know this is not bacon….BUT….last saturday a group of us (not saying who) headed over to Brasserie 1010 and ordered their homemade SAUSAGE with our eggs. No gluten, no sugar, and flippin rock star paleo GOOD. go over there and check ’em out. I don’t know…maybe you can get an order to go as a supply for the next 3 weeks????
