New Equipment

The new shipment of equipment is finally here.  Last night we received our order of 6 elliptical trainers. To make room for the new machines we had to remove the Oly platforms and sell some of the bumpers but we’re positive these state of the art machines will complete your training experience at Roots. Elliptical machines burn loads of calories (more than treadmills and stationary bikes!) and build bone density all while protecting the delicate joints of your body by eliminating all impact. The machines are equipped with a high tech computer that gives vital details such as calories burned, distance traveled, and revolutions per minute.  We plan to debut the machines this Saturday so stay tuned for details.

Coaches forgot to mention these machines are really quiet, so we won’t disturb the neighbors with noisy workouts like Grace.

Oh, you really had me going for a second……until the part where you said you took down the oly platform and sold some bumpers….and my kids reminded me it was April 1st!

I’m with Emily…..it’s more bands and jump ropes.

Maybe they got some strong man equipment too like beer kegs, old tires, sledgehammers, etc!

I’m all for Molly’s recommendation of beer kegs. I’ll take one for the team and volunteer myself to help drain them.
