Summer Class Schedule!
Because of your feedback, we think the class schedule is going to be killer! The new schedule starts Monday, May 12th. The new Kids time slot does not start until June 2nd.
6. You wanted more Open Shop time slots
WOD – The group class workout of the day (WOD). This class does the workout posted on the blog each night at 8pm.
1.0 – A CrossFit class that moves at a slightly slower pace and focuses on the 9 foundational movements.
OLY – Olympic Weightlifting for CrossFit. Want a faster Grace time? Or to be able to rep out 55 pound snatches. This is the class to develop these skills.
STRENGTH – A class that focuses on the powerlifting movements of CrossFit
MOB – A half hour class two times per week that focuses on mobility, rejuvenation, recovery, and identifying areas you can work to improve performance.
ERG – Row, row, row you erg…you get the point. This class is done entirely on the erg.
POW – A class born out of the CrossFit Football tenants of shorter, heavier, and more explosive movements.
