The CrossFit Roots Harvest Hoedown has arrived! Please come by and cheer on some of your fellow athletes and athletes from other gyms. This is a program for 55+ year old individuals looking to increase their quality of life through increased functional fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
