Are you signed up for The Open?  Register here by Friday! Deadlift 10-10-10-10-10 reps The First Live Announcement is Thursday! Tomorrow officially kicks off the 2015 Games season with the announcement of the first Open workout.  CrossFit will broadcast LIVE from Canton, MA where immediately after Dave Castro announces the workout, top athletes Rich Froning and Matt Fraser, will go head to head. Tune in to games.crossfit.com at 6pm MST to hear the workout and watch the head to head workout.  As always, we’ll be streaming the live announcement on the TV at the shop.  You can click here to see the match-ups for the five Open workouts.  We all know who we’ll be cheering for during Week 5 as Camille Leblanc-Bazinet goes head to head with former champs Briggs and Thorisdottir in Las Vegas. This is something you don’t want to miss!
