This test gives you your weight, lean body mass, and percent body fat. The testing is open to all Roots members but is required by anyone participating spring food challenge. Row 5,000 meters Food Challenge Sign-up The Spring food challenge starts in five days on April 7th.  Sign-up and registration is available here. The challenge is limited to 35 individuals who will work one-on-one with an assigned coach throughout a two month period.  To read all of the details on the challenge, click here.
