Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1orretest backsquat lift from Paleo 2.0 Paleo 2.0 Wrap Up Paleo 2.0 wrapped up last night at midnight.  We’ll take the next five days to retest the two intake workouts and take exit measurements and pictures.  Make sure to get your workouts, numbers, and payment in by this week. We will post the winning team on Sunday. Cancellation Policy Community Input We want your input!  Currently, we define a late cancellation as inside the 3 hour window for classes at 11:30 or later, and 10 hours for classes at 5:45, 7:00, and 8:00. WE ADDED 8AM ON THURSDAYS TO THE SCHEDULE!…STARTING TODAY! “Karen” For time:150 Wallball shots, 20/14 pound ball NEW CLASSES WEEKLY (for the next few weeks:) Many classes are being added to the Roots schedule over the next week.  A strength class is now offered at 12:30 on Wednesdays and 7:00pm on Thursdays.  This class is open to everyone! What will you do at the strength class?  Barbell lifts, such as the press and deadlift, accessory work on the GHD machine, plyometric exercises such as box jumps, atlas stone lifting, and a lot of other creatively fun exercises.  This class is a great addition to your workout of the day attendance.
