Eric’s birthday workout, because he LOVES double unders: 3 rounds for time: 10 snatches (95/65) 20 burpees 30 wall ball (20/14) 40 double unders This workout was the 2nd WOD from the Montana State Games We will be closed on Labor Day Monday. Our new schedule rolls out September 1st.  It will be as follows: 6:00AM – M, W, F 9:00AM – Saturday 12:00PM – M, W, F 5:00PM – M, T, W, TH 6:00PM – M, T, W, TH All guys/all girls workouts one Friday per month.  Stay tuned for exact dates! Who’s going to the CU/CSU game at Folsom Field?  I think we should train the Ralphie runners.
